About Our Team
Dr. G. Kirk Gleason
Dr. G. Kirk Gleason has a B.S. degree from St. Bonaventure University
and a Doctorate in Dentistry from NYU. He has practiced all phases
of restorative, cosmetic, and family dentistry in Clifton Park for 30
years. He has modernized his skills and education with over 1000
hours of post doctorate courses in recent years. Dr. Gleason has
just completed four years as National Trustee of the American Dental
Association and Delegate to the World Dental Congress, and has now become
the Executive Director of the Fourth District Dental Society (Northeastern
New York State). Dr. Gleason and his wife Dale are long time community
volunteers and activists with Board and Leadership positions with the
School, "Y", Library, and the Town. They have two grown children
and two young grandchildren. Dr. Gleason's reputation as a skilled
and caring dentist is well known and he is proud to have two highly
trained partner dentists in Dr. Hollis and Dr. Berls as well as a very
exceptional professional staff to work with.
Dr. Alfred W. Hollis
Dr. Alfred W. Hollis studied Anthropology and Biology and received his
D.D.S. degree at SUNY Buffalo in 1999. After dental school, Dr.
Hollis completed his general practice residency at St Clare's Hospital
in Schenectady, NY. Dr. Hollis has enjoyed practicing dentistry
in the Capital District since 2000 and joined the office of Dr. G. Kirk
Gleason in 2003. In 2004, Dr. Hollis volunteered with the Glens
Falls Medical Mission in Guatemala to provide dental treatment to an
underserved population. Currently, Dr. Hollis is the president
of the Saratoga County Dental Society
Dr. Lisa T. Berls
Dr. Lisa T. Berls received her B.S. in biology from SUNY Geneseo in
1996. She continued her education at the University at Buffalo
School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her D.D.S. degree with a
minor in pediatric dentistry. She followed her education with
a residency at Buffalo General Hospital in Buffalo, NY. In addition
to private practice, she continued her hospital training working with
special needs patients at Tricounty Hospital in Gowanda, NY. Dr.
Berls moved to the Capital District in 2003 and was honored to join
the office of Dr. G. Kirk Gleason in 2004.
We have a wonderfully professional and
dedicated team that work with the Dentists. Several of the Licensed
Dental Hygenists, Certified Dental Assistants, and knowledgeable front
desk staff have been with the practice for more than twenty years. Everyone
takes continuing education courses so that we can provide you with the
most modern service available. And we do it with a smile. We
are proud of our office and of each other.
